We understand guests occasionally need to cancel or change their appointments. Your time is valuable and life happens. Should you need to make changes, we kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. If a cancellation occurs after that 24 hour window a fee of 25% of your total service will be charged to your card on file.
